Having led thousands of men, and women Sergeant Major Hidalgo continued his selfless leadership in his last tour of duty as the Command Sargent Major of the Military Prison, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. For two years his every decision and leadership had global strategic impacts for the ongoing War on Terror. Juan’s steadfast standards in leadership go beyond any expectation set by all branches of US Military forces.
