Captain Harry Bolton
“In many years of travelling to different ports around the world, we have have used countless numbers of launches to ferry the crews and military personnel to and from the ship. The launch service provided by Pacific Tugboat Service was the best, most professional service we have ever encountered.
The Captains and crew provided first class service from start to finish. They went far beyond the norm when it came to handling passengers, crew and military personnel changes, baggage, stores and trash. They safely and expeditiously made many heavy lifts with the crane wire change outs and engine room parts and spares. The Captains were very skilled in handling the launch and the crews were very conscious of safely handling passengers. Given the amount of passengers and lifts, they always maintained their schedule, which is really quite remarkable.
The launch boat performed flawlessly. The launch was in fantastic material condition. It has been essentially rebuilt inside and out…the crane saved us tens of thousands of dollars… The trash removal was always handled quickly and efficiently. Big kudos to for this less than glamorous task.
From myself and the crew of the Lopez, please extend a big thank you and well done.”

USS O’Kane SLAD Repair and Testing
“The tenacity you demonstrated in completing the O’Kane SLAD work is noteworthy and greatly appreciated. Troubleshooting a system while trying to get the ship underway generally lends itself to chaos. This one was no different. Planes changed by the hour and sometimes by the minute, but thanks to your determination and dedication to task the USS O’Kane is able to put out to sea.”

Good afternoon Mr. Jellison and Mr. Westmoreland,
My name is Jonathan Sanglerat, I work for the City of Petaluma Department of Public Works and Utilities as an Engineer. I am emailing you this afternoon because I wanted to send an email of appreciation to your company for the dredging and for the support provided by your team to the City of Petaluma. Specifically, I wanted to commend the efforts of Matt MacArthur and Scott Hammond for the amazing support and teamwork they displayed during the project. There was a collaborative effort to keep the dredging operations moving forward efficiently, and Matt and Scott in particular helped in that effort. Dredging the Petaluma River came with many challenges and both Scott and Matt worked in tandem with the City to help us to satisfy the regulatory agencies putting pressure on the project as well as helped to keep the project running smoothly and on time. I also wanted to note that this afternoon I did a final walkthrough of the project site to inspect the trails following the completion of the dredging, and I am pleased to report that Scott did a fantastic job restoring the Shollenberger trails to their original condition. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and Matt on this project and we hope that Pacific Dredge will submit a bid for our future Marina Dredging project anticipated for 2021.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
JONATHAN SANGLERAT
