Our Customers Tell Our Story
We all know what it feels like to experience great service. Whether you are dining out with family, enjoying a special tour, or got a sharp haircut, each of those experiences is better if we come away with a lasting impression of genuine care. In exceptional cases, we share our experiences with others. That basic concept is what built our reputation and our Company. We work hard to earn the kind words and recommendations of our customers. We always will.
“During Operation Pacific Horizons, the Pacific Tug team assigned to the USNS DAHL was part of the impression given out of not just the Navy but also the Marine Corps, Military Sealift Command and the Vessel during a variety of tours given to various VIP’s. Your crews stepped up and did what was needed for us to succeed…the deck crew was professional and the drivers never scratched the paint. The positive impact they had on several visiting command’s perception of events was priceless as the entire boat team was outstanding…”
The Crew displayed exemplary competence in their duties and were always aware that we were in the care of consummate professionals. Even in an unfamiliar environment we never ha concerns regarding our safety or for the condition of our assets, whether we were dockside or at sea. Moreover, there was never a moment that we didn’t feel like guests instead of customers…”
“In many years of travelling to different ports around the world, we have have used countless numbers of launches to ferry the crews and military personnel to and from the ship. The launch service provided by Pacific Tugboat Service was the best, most professional service we have ever encountered.
The Captains and crew provided first class service from start to finish. They went far beyond the norm when it came to handling passengers, crew and military personnel changes, baggage, stores and trash. They safely and expeditiously made many heavy lifts with the crane wire change outs and engine room parts and spares. The Captains were very skilled in handling the launch and the crews were very conscious of safely handling passengers. Given the amount of passengers and lifts, they always maintained their schedule, which is really quite remarkable.
The launch boat performed flawlessly. The launch was in fantastic material condition. It has been essentially rebuilt inside and out…the crane saved us tens of thousands of dollars… The trash removal was always handled quickly and efficiently. Big kudos to for this less than glamorous task.
From myself and the crew of the Lopez, please extend a big thank you and well done.”
“Appreciation from Travis Saam of NASSCO for our work on the discharge of the M/V Melbourne Spirit. PTS provided tug service and barge rental to support the offloading and delivery of hatch covers and lashing bridges for a ship being constructed at NASSCO.”

Pacific Dredging did a terrific job dredging our 47 boat slip Portofino Cove Marina in Huntington Beach California. They were professional and efficient. The crew kept our docks clean and damage free during the one month dredging project. They came in on budget and on time. Highly recommend Pacific Dredging.
