The PTS 185 is an ABS deck barge with a loading ramp that offers deliveries to remote island locations, including San Nicholas island, off California’s coast. At 185 feet long and 50 feet wide, this Ro-Ro barge has 7576 square feet of usable deck space. This barge is designed for mobilizing vehicles, trucks, heavy equipment and construction materials. The PTS-185 has a ramp 14’ wide to handle oversized loads and it can access shallow waters and be maneuvered by a variety of tugs, including medium sized coastal tugs.
