Wendy Jo is named after Robyn's mom, in honor of a woman whose life has been defined by service, strength, and unwavering support. Wendy dedicated much of her career to serving others—first as a teacher for developmentally challenged adults, then as a business mail analyst and training supervisor for hearing-impaired employees at the USPS, where she implemented a training program using American Sign Language. Her work empowered others and showcased her deep empathy and passion for communication.
But perhaps the most enduring and profound aspect of Wendy’s life is her role as a mother and grandmother. With her calm, kind, and encouraging presence, she has been a guiding light for her daughter, Robyn, and the proud, devoted grandmother to Connor and Spencer. Her greatest joy has always been to be there for her loved ones, offering the kind of love that anchors and supports.
