I found some amazing ships at the Pacific Maritime Group in San Diego, who run tugboats and giant barges, service oil platforms, and do stuff for the Navy. It’s serious business. I just knocked on their door and said, ‘Hey, can I borrow one of your gigantic ships? But they’d seen the show and they know who I was, and the doors swung wide open. Those guys are incredible.
